Shad’s practice is focused primarily on business and real estate transactions, business formation and governance, as well as estate planning and trust and estate administration.

Shad has represented numerous local businesses and individuals in the greater Seattle and Tacoma areas, including many individuals and groups involved in real estate matters, start-up business ventures, and buying, selling, and managing existing businesses.

A native of Orem, Utah, Shad is a graduate of Brigham Young University with degrees in history and political science. He subsequently graduated cum laude from Gonzaga School of Law where he also served as Business Editor on the Gonzaga Law Review Editorial Board, and earned a LL.M (Masters of Laws) in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law.
