Laura is a partner and founding member of Harlowe & Falk. Her work with clients focuses on business transactions, taxation and employment law, including review, advice, recommendations and drafting regarding:

  • Stock, asset, merger and other acquisition/sale transactions
  • Washington State and Federal tax implications of transactions, structuring and contractual arrangements
  • Entity choice for business and real property owners
  • Contracts related to business operations (e.g., shareholder/member, joint venture, vendor, employment, contractor, restrictive covenant, leasing and licensing agreements as well as loan documentation, notes and security arrangements, etc.)
  • Preventative employer policies, procedures and documentation, including employee handbooks
