Experience:
Bill joined Harlowe & Falk LLP as a partner in 2022. Previously, Bill was a partner at Gordon Thomas Honeywell LLP and Thorson McDonald Whitman & Curnutt, PC. He also spent 10 years with SunGard Corbel (now FIS) drafting specimen employee benefit pension and deferred compensation plan documents and writing technical publications. During this time, Bill taught thousands of hours of benefits classes to professionals and collaborated with leading private sector and government experts in the field.
Bill’s practice is limited to employee benefits, principally profit sharing and 401(k) plans, 403(b) plans, 457(b) and (f) plans, 409A plans, nonqualified plans, executive compensation plans and similar arrangements. He drafts plans, gives advice as to plan design and operation, assists with plan corrections, and represents employers in plan audits by IRS and DOL.
