Dennis was a founding member of Harlowe & Falk. He retired from the full-time practice of law in 2018.
Experience:
From 1966 to 1968 Dennis was a law clerk for the Honorable George H. Boldt of the U.S. District Court in Tacoma, Washington. He later entered private practice with Blair, Thomas, Hern & Daheim, which eventually merged to become Gordon, Thomas, Honeywell, Malanca, Peterson & Daheim LLP. Dennis was a managing partner at that firm from 1988 to 2002.
Dennis successfully argued before the United States Supreme Court in U.S. ex rel. Industrial Lumber Co. v. F.D. Rich, 417 U.S. 116, 40 L. Ed. 703 (1974). Dennis was a founder of Harlowe & Falk in 2003.
