Bob is a highly skilled estate planning, business and real estate attorney. He brings many years of large law firm experience to Harlowe & Falk, along with unique federal and state tax expertise after practicing with an international accounting firm.
Bob assists his clients with estate planning and probate administration, including both moderate size and complex high-net worth estates. He also represents business owners in entity formation, contract drafting, tax minimization and succession planning, business sales, and tax-efficient reorganizations. In the real property arena, Bob has broad transactional experience along with helping his clients with financing transactions, structuring tax-deferred exchanges, and leases.
